League sign-up pages
One page per league. Parents open it with the code and password, find their athlete, and leave their details.
Your timezone
Every league's closing date is the end of that day here. Set it once.
Connect Lineup
Lets the Lineup app on your Mac start a league from its roster and bring the parent contacts back on its own. This connection is not offered in the version of Lineup we ship today; if your copy already shows it, make a code and paste it in once. Making a new one turns the old one off.
Your picture day offer
What parents see the moment they finish signing up: your offer, the address of your order form written out, and a Continue button to it. Nobody is sent there without pressing it. Used by every league unless that league is given its own.
New league
The password is what you give the league to pass on. Make it something a volunteer can read out loud.

Read the league's roster
Point at the file exactly as it came — full last names and all. It is read here on this computer, the same way Roll Call reads a folder of images. Nothing leaves this computer until you have checked the columns.
What is sent, when you build the parent list, is one line per athlete: the team, the first name, two letters of the last name and a key. Jayden Smith goes up as Jayden Sm. The rest of that name stays in the file, here.
It has to be sent at all for one reason only: the parents picking from it are on their own phones, somewhere else.

Get the data out
Build the file with your athletes' real names by matching this league's contacts against the roster file you read here. The names are put back here, in your browser.
The one you read earlier. Its full names are what go back on.Or take it as it is stored, with two letters instead of surnames:

You downloaded this league's contacts
Load it into Lineup, or wherever you keep your rosters, and check it landed. Then delete those contacts from Cloudflare — anyone who signed up after that download is kept.
